Country Policy - United Kingdom

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@Getonshop.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and affix the RA number to the package.
4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping charges and any additional fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at support@Getonshop.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.


Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We can cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
